About me
As a Clinical Psychologist I help people to heal, explore and grow. I see therapy as an opportunity to be heard and understood and my focus is on providing you with a safe space to explore the things that might be too difficult or complicated to speak about with the people in your life.
People often come to therapy because the way they are doing their life is no longer working for them. This can be precipitated by a range of things including relationship breakdowns, work difficulties, addiction, problems from childhood reemerging, low self-esteem, perfectionism, the death of a loved one and experiences of grief. As well as offering specialist support in these areas, I work with people experiencing physical health problems and people receiving palliative care.
A lot of emotional turmoil can be caused by trying to do things without the help of others - having professionally trained support can be instrumental in allowing you to move through difficult times.
My approach
I work integratively, which means I draw upon a range evidenced-based psychological models including, psychodynamic, systemic, CBT and ACT. Practising using a range of models allows me to tailor an approach that fits best for your needs.

I am passionate about helping people to live their life to the fullest and emerge from the hardest moments feeling supported and stronger.

If it feels like my approach would resonate with you then please do contact me via email. I offer a free 15-minute phone call for us to have a conversation about what therapy may look like for you and to give you an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have.
